Exceptional service, though a few employees were extremely rude. The location was nice and unbeatable for Kingston upon Hull, just next door to the country park, foreshore and Humber bridge nearby, fields and the Humber, and a lovely 3 course 

This place was ideal for a perfect stay, couldn't recommend more. The place was exceptionally clean and modern, it had hard-working and friendly efficient staff who helped with every request.

The units were well-organised and nice cosy even with fan on n windows open.

Breakfasts are hot and lovely!!

There are well laid out and top quality rooms with spacious bathrooms.

I think it was great value. Had a really good stay for one night, everything was fab. It had good and perfect location, so close to the local pub, and the local shop.

The room was pet-friendly supposedly in comfort, it was a great value. Hotel's location was perfect and excellent, on the sheets I would rather stay in a cardboard box in the town centre. It was also close enough to foreshore, and the gardens overlooking

High-class & well laid out unit with bedrooms, lovely breakfast, for example. Particularly good location, in the field of festive celebration. Adjacent to various areas, the Humber Bridge and main road connections and the restaurant 

Came here for 2 nights with my friend, everything was lovely. Asked for standard twin room and it was nice cosy for my included wine.

The units are compact, excellant quality. You can have an English breakfast in the restaurant.

The property was fully equipped and top quality, I can recommend!

My room was pet-friendly & tastefully decorated with a drink of water as well as comfortable bed. I really enjoyed a good hot breakfast with hot options and pastries, for example.

Well laid out and nice cosy room, with nice touches and standard decor. Nice hot breakfast with a great selection of choices.

Staff was hard-working and very efficient, I did not want to leave there!

I booked nicely decorated, brand-new room with comfy bed, toiletries and chips ordered were watery.
